We are looking for an On-Site and Full-time Help-desk Specialist to join our team. Help-desk Specialist responsibilities include onsite and remote technical end-user support.
- The job is a hybrid position in the Tehran office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to user inquiries and resolving technical issues via phone, email, or in person.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software problems related to Cisco networking equipment.
- Configuring and maintaining network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, etc.
- Assisting users with Linux, Windows, and Mac operating systems troubleshooting.
- Providing guidance on virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.
- Installing and configuring software applications on various platforms.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Cisco networking equipment (routers, switches) and Mitrotic routers.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS), Windows (Windows 10), and Mac operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Good understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP) and network security principles.
- Experience with remote desktop support tools like TeamViewer or Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP).
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
