Manage Infrastructure trouble tickets from inception to closing, includes tracking resolution progress and updating ticket status.

- Finding problem through analyzing infrastructure monitoring
- Weekly, monthly report about infrastructure status (uptime, MTTR, MTBF,Security Attacks,..)
Requirement
- At Least 4 Years’ Experience in Medium-Large Network
- Highly Analytical
- Hands-on Experience with monitoring Software Such as Zabbix,prtg,cacti,solarwinds,splunk
- Good working knowledge of wireless technologies (licensed and unlicensed)
- Strong written communication skills
- CCNP R&S or equivalent knowledge
- MTCNA
- MCSE / MCSA
- Familiar with virtualization

- Familiar with VoIP
