To follow-up with Call Center DHD (Dealer Help Desk) or Back Office for resolving Suppliers/Installers/3rd party contractor’s problems
To liaise with S&D logistics in supporting physical and digital sales channels
To administrate sales support processes on issues raised during sales activities (SIM Swap, MNP, Refund, USSD, e-shop, Online Registrations, , Product migration, VIP support, Snap projects, deliver product to connect, check the distributor tracking system, Modems and TD-LTE installer invoicing, and TD-LTE sales
To monitor stock availability and follow-up issues raised by MTNI Connects and Dealers to delivery of MTNIrancell products, system access configurations, tokens, payments, documentations and database entries and escalate to related departments/teams where applicable
To track registration of orders raised by MTNI Connect, Dealers and 3rd party contractors (such as Post and PAN) in the ERP
To test new products, new portals, changes on systems which are related to sales and distribution as per assignment
To follow-up cases submitted by MTNIrancell judiciary regarding claims and complaints
To communicate sales support policies, procedures, and sales events/promotion plans across the sales channels
To provide Data Analysis with required information to make sure related databases are up and running
To monitor MTNI Connects, Dealers, 3rd party contractors activities in order to prevent any possible fraud
To administrate on providing and delivering E-charge to regional dealers based on the load data within the required cities.
