شرح جایگاه شغلی
- To assist identification and preparation of needed PM and reporting tools
- To interact with external Organizations for activities related to assigned projects
- To gain full awareness of assigned Project status, progress and plans and support Project Manager in managing all PM tasks for the assigned Project
- To monitor the project constantly to make sure each stage is progressing on time, on budget and to the right quality standards and escalate key risks based on defined standards to the Project Manager.
- To report progress on projects and key measures/KPIs to Rollout infrastructure Management based on defined templates and standards
- To follow up and make sure execution of assigned project within timelines defined via conducting different meetings with vendors/subcontractors and reviewing their progress reports.
- To interact with the Project Steercom and project members to ensure project execution is not compromised
- To ensure effective coordination across project streams to handle dependencies and resolve project bottlenecks
- To support PSO Department by providing the requested information and documents on assigned project
- To implement change management on the projects based on agreed standards and plan
- To ensure project documents are complete and stored appropriately based on NW rollout infrastructure project management policies.
- To perform, accomplish, and coordinate all activities related to administrative tasks of the projects
- To propose action plans to address issues identified in reports & meetings and follow track of actions.
- To work with different teams and diversity so dedication and 24/7 focus/Following and monitoring the Reallocation Project.
