About The Team
The talent acquisition team is responsible for finding, acquiring, assessing, and hiring candidates to fill roles that are required to meet company goals and fill project requirements. Employer branding, future resource planning, diversifying a company’s labor force, and developing a robust candidate pipeline are the cornerstones of talent acquisition. People who tend to do well in this team are good at thinking big-picture about the needs of their company, and how to fulfill them.
Responsibilities
Source passive candidates
Search resume databases for ideal candidates
Communicate effectively with hiring managers
Build a robust and consistent talent pool to find qualified candidates, both active and passive
Screen CVs and identify the most qualified for a given position
Posting job openings on media and social media outlets
Scheduling interviews
Attend job fairs and careers events
Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods
Job Requirement
Good knowledge about best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Proficient with computers, especially in MS Office
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
University degree in office administration, management or related field preferred
Good knowledge of English preferred
