شرح جایگاه شغلی
- Active Collaboration with other departments within Network Group with regard to:
- Ensure Radio network plan is doable by supporting CPG
- Rollout and monitoring of new technologies and solution from radio perspective
- Operational and QA issues that affect network and radio KPI
- Site relocation and CRA matters
- BSC/RNC/OSS, transmission and Core relevant aspects on site planning
- Power and Material Planning
- Active Collaboration with other divisions (eg Marketing) within IRANCELL with regard to:
- Key inputs are obtained & understood that may affect rollout strategy, including information on new products or services and forecasting
- Support Marketing and S&D for new service lunching and new customers
- Legal issues on license conditions and complains
- Site and region visit for planning and implementation purposes
- Material management and ensure right equipment to be planned, allocated to contractor and implemented to avoid wasting or shortage of equipment
- Provide input on which advanced radio network features and other BSS software to purchase and implement by doing trials on new feature and functionality
- Review site relocations and give comments for new location based on available information and performance to ensure coverage, quality and capacity are not compromised.
- Support manager to set and monitor Network quality KPIs for the Radio vendors.
- Assist various related resources in the maintenance and development of optimization tools
