Product Manager
We are looking for a product manager to join our team and help us build and grow our B2B e-commerce marketplace. Our website offers a wide range of mechanical parts and industrial automation components from various suppliers and manufacturers. We aim to provide our customers with high-quality products, competitive prices, and fast delivery.
As a product manager, you will be responsible for defining and delivering the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will also work closely with the engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure the product meets the customer needs and business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify customer problems, needs, and opportunities
• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to the internal and external stakeholders
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog and collaborate with the engineering team to deliver the product features and enhancements
• Define and track the product metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data and feedback to validate and improve the product
• Create and maintain the product documentation, such as user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, etc.
• Plan and execute the product launch and go-to-market activities with the marketing and sales teams
• Act as the product owner and the main point of contact for the product-related queries and issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the B2B e-commerce or industrial sector
• Experience in managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond
• Experience in working with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
• Strong knowledge of the mechanical parts and industrial automation components market and industry
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Customer-centric and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

Job benefits:
Supplementary insurance (after 3 months of cooperation)

Trial:
1 month (half salary)

Workplace:
1- Golshan Mall, Tehran, Iran
 
Working hours (full time):
Saturday to Wednesday 9 am to 5 pm
Thursday from 9 am to 1 pm
