Supply Chain Specialist
We are looking for a supply chain specialist to join us at Automee and help us manage the flow of goods and services from supplier to customer. Our website is a B2B e-commerce marketplace that offers a wide range of mechanical parts and industrial automation components from various suppliers and manufacturers. We aim to provide our customers with high-quality products, competitive prices, and fast delivery.
As a supply chain specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the supply chain processes and ensuring that the products are delivered on time, in good condition, and at a reasonable cost. You will also work closely with the procurement, production, and sales teams to coordinate and optimize the supply chain operations.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate the supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement
• Negotiation with vendors & suppliers to join our seller center
• Negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers to secure the best prices and terms for the products
• Monitor and manage the inventory levels and ensure that there are no shortages or excesses
• Track and report on the status of the orders and shipments and resolve any issues or delays
• Ensure compliance with the relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to the supply chain activities
• Collaborate with the procurement, production, and sales teams to align the supply chain goals with the business objectives
• Research and stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the industry and the market

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the B2B e-commerce or industrial sector
• Knowledge of the mechanical parts and industrial automation components market and industry
• Proficiency in supply chain software and tools, such as SAP, Excel, etc.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Job benefits:
Supplementary insurance (after 3 months of cooperation)

Trial:
1 month (half salary)

Workplaces:
1- Golshan Mall, Tehran, Iran
2- Golgun Industrial Town, Tehran, Iran
 

Working hours (full time):
Saturday to Wednesday 9 am to 5 pm
Thursday from 9 am to 1 pm
