We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team and play a key role in shaping our data engineering structures and strategies, as well as providing actionable insights and analytical dashboards to drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Data Engineering Structures: Develop and maintain data engineering pipelines and structures to collect, process, and store data from various sources within the organization.

Data Strategy: Work with cross-functional teams to define and implement data strategies that support business objectives and decision-making processes.

Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across all aspects of our activities, including sales, inventory management, compensation plans, customer behavior, and more.

Insight Generation: Create data-driven insights that inform strategic decisions, marketing campaigns, product offerings, and operational improvements.

Dashboard and Reporting: Design and develop data analytical dashboards and reports that provide clear and actionable information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Compliance and Regulatory Reporting: Ensure that all data and reporting activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements specific to the industry.

Training and Support: Collaborate with teams to provide training and support to our audience based on data insights and performance analytics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
•     Proven experience as a Data Analyst.
•    Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
•        Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
•       Knowledge of data engineering and ETL processes.
•   Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•   Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
