Responsibilities :
- Analyze customer data to segment audiences and create targeted campaigns.
- Execute and optimize e-CRM campaigns, including SMS and push notifications, to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Use CRM software and tools to monitor and track campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to improve key KPIs (e.g., CTRs, conversion rates).
- Collaborate closely and proactively with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, and Product Development) on CRM-related topics.
- Prepare detailed reports and insights for senior management on the effectiveness of e-CRM initiatives.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaigns based on performance data
Requirement:
- Familiarity with customer segmentation, marketing automation, and personalization techniques.
- Fluency in data analysis and reporting using tools like Excel, SQL, or similar data platforms.
- Knowledge of A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques.
