Marketing manager
We are looking for a marketing manager to lead our sales and digital marketing teams and help us grow our B2B e-commerce marketplace. Our website offers a wide range of mechanical parts and industrial automation components from various suppliers and manufacturers. We aim to provide our customers with high-quality products, competitive prices, and fast delivery.

As a marketing manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive traffic, leads, and sales to our website. You will also work closely with the product and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the sales and digital marketing teams, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluation
• Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns across multiple channels, such as SEO, SEM, email, social media, content, webinars, etc.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance and metrics, such as traffic, conversion, ROI, etc.
• Optimize marketing campaigns and website user experience based on data and feedback
• Manage marketing budget and resources
• Coordinate with external agencies and partners as needed
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing tools and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or industrial sector
• 3+ years of experience in managing sales and digital marketing teams
• Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills
• Creative, analytical, and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Job benefits:
Supplementary insurance (after 3 months of cooperation)

Trial:
1 month (half salary)

Workplaces:
1-Golshan Mall, Tehran, Iran
2- Golgun Industrial Town, Tehran, Iran
 

Working hours (full time):
Saturday to Wednesday 9 am to 5 pm
Thursday from 9 am to 1 pm
