شرح جایگاه شغلی

Job description:

• Coordinating and holding B2B meetings with potential customers according to the company's supply chain and business priorities
• Monitoring the performance of call center staff and improve their response according to NPS results
• Collecting leads and prioritizing them (based on product categories) for future contact
• Direct communication with key customers based on the RFM model and their retention (encouragement to purchase, persuasion, surveys, in-depth interviews, etc.)
• Providing offline sales and marketing reports to managers and board members
• Managing events, seminars and attending exhibitions
• Helping to create processes in sales and operations (SOPs) and infrastructure
• Helping to plan offline campaigns and follow up related issues (advertising clips, organizational gifts, environmental advertising, brochure and catalog printing, etc.)
• Making sales targets and sticking to them
• CRM system development with the help of the company's technical department

 
Requirements:

• More than 3 years of specialized experience in the field of sales and marketing of parts related to machine-building and production line industries (including: CNC machine manufacturers, lasercut Machines, Plastic injection, packaging and food industries, pharmaceutical industries , oil and energy, agriculture, mining, etc.)
• Having a valid degree or study in one of the fields of industrial engineering, business administration or marketing management
• Proficient in data management and visualization software, and extracting information from them as needed to provide reports (Excel, Power BI)
• Familiarity with business process softwares and flowchart preparation (Visio or Bizagi)
• Full familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) processes and experience working with one of the relevant software
• Relatively good English skills (full comprehension)

Trial:
1 month (half salary)

1- Fath Highway - Baghestan Boulevard - Golgun Road - Golgun Industrial Town, Tehran, Iran
2- Ashrafi Esfahani Highway- Eastern Payambar Street- Hajizadeh Corner- Golshan Mall, Tehran, Iran
 

Working hours (full time):
Saturday to Wednesday 9 am to 5 pm
Thursday from 9 am to 1 pm
