Job Description

- Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to the production schedule
- Duties include reviewing and distributing production, work, and shipment schedules; conferring with department supervisors to determine the progress of work and completion dates; and compiling reports on the progress of work, inventory levels, costs, and production problems
- Systems Evaluation
- Identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system

Requirements
- B.Sc. of Industrial Engineering
- Nature and length of previous experience: At least +2 years of relevant experience (The experience in the FMCG Industry is preferred)
- Familiar with planning principles and warehouse handling
- Familiar with the production process
- Familiar with ERP and MRP
- Knowledge of mathematics and statistics
- Good skill of computer software especially Excel
- Good understanding of the industry market trends and conditions.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to sit, stand and move around for long hours at a time

- Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving skills
- Ability to take responsibility and work under pressure
- Self-Motivated and able to work in a team
- Good computer skills and Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
- Familiar with traditional and modern production planning processes
- Ability to search on the internet in both Persian and English language
- Ability to interact with others in a professional manner
- Strong analytical capabilities
