Job Description:

ParsPack is the first company to provide “Cloud Computing” services in Iran. As a Product Manager you will be working with a talented development team and responsible for executing on our product vision and roadmap by creating and delivering innovative solutions that solve real world customer problems.

Responsibilities:
 

•     Supervise and advise the scrum team to meet software expectations
•     Create the product vision and roadmap which accomplishes the goal of the vision.
•     Define customer needs and the associated features to meet those needs.
•     Manage the product development team to create a strong end product
•     Nurture ideas and solutions to existing customer problems
•     Communicate effectively with team members to achieve project goals
•     Extract and retrieve information and data sets to improve upon software
•     Work closely with the scrum team throughout the development process
•     Schedule and lead meetings to identify issues and fixes for projects
•     Gathers, manages, and prioritizes the product backlog.
•     Prioritizes defect or bug resolution.

Qualifications:
 

•    Minimum 1 years experience as a product manager in the industry
•    Familiarity with Agile principles and process
•    In-depth understanding of industry market conditions and trends
•    Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
•    Successful track record of developing products within deadlines
•    Excellent attention to detail
•    Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Creative and innovative thinker
• At least B.Sc. Degree in IT or Computer Sciences
• Age: 24-36
