To assist team in monitoring customer data environment for data leakage, data accuracy and correct reporting.
To assist implementation of customer management initiatives that will optimize service delivery.
To generate CR management-reporting files regarding the actual vs target and make related analysis with relevant comments.
To generate CR management dashboard is of the actual vs target by professional analysis comments.
To generate and extract data needed to be used in CR analysis based on customer data and subscriber information.
To produce written documentation and finding reports to support CR/ BI, FIN, and Monitoring teams.
To plan for production / scheduling / creating management dashboards (Financial, Operational and Analytical).
To generate reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into managerial dashboards.
To dive deep into data, analyze large data sets, discovering root causes for major problems.
To review provided data to maintain a principle of customer segmentation in providing reports.
To collect data and reports of CR activities/plans performance & processes also all CR related SLAs and KPIs derived from departments reports (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly) as per request.
To propose action plans to address issues identified in reports & meetings and follow track of actions.
