To collaborate with “Product Design” and “Channel Management” members as a cross functional team in product’s design, delivery and monitoring stages in an agile way to realize all planned benefits accordingly.
To handle business divisions’ assigned operational requests on technical systems (operational tasks of different services, promotional campaigns etc.)
To collaborate with technical divisions (Information Technology Systems (ITS) and Network) to make sure the assigned live services are available based on the agreed SLA.
To handle assigned product operation perspectives in value streams’ cross functional teams (including Product Design, Channel Management and Product Operations teams) in product’s design, delivery and monitoring stages.
To monitor, maintain, promote and support the assigned live products and services over their lifecycle to ensure there is no issue from technical performance perspective.
To collaborate with Design and Channel management teams to improve the assigned product and services from all business and technical perspectives to achieve better financial and customer experience results.
To administrate assigned technical systems (can include SDP, CBS, UMS, ENM, RECO, ECP, SMSC, EDW and Big Data, MFS and all nodes regarding Bolton Management, and etc.) and escalate immediately to ITS in case on any incident, to make sure all services are available without any technical issue.
To identify and propose potential opportunities and new markets/segments in current assigned products and services according to the monitoring results, to achieve various objectives such as maximizing revenue, minimizing churn and maximizing customer satisfaction. (Aligned with “Product Design” and “Channel Management” teams).
To collaborate with technical and business teams during the assigned product/services enhancement process.
To track Service Level Agreements between Product Operation team and technical divisions and to ensure it is being followed for the assigned services.
To track timely implementation of assigned products enhancements, ensuring its alignment with business requirements and priority, and alignment with all business and technical stakeholders.
To track and evaluate on regular basis Product Operation KPIs for the assigned services, such as revenue, adoption, churn, performance, and user experience and to provide analysis and advice to marketing management team about necessary promotional, re-launch or decommission strategies.
To design and set BTL promotional campaigns on all capable platforms and services for the assigned service.
To design and run product enhancement/changes communication plans for the assigned services, aligned with all required involved teams.
To contribute in marketing brand activities to ensure maximizing the assigned product adoption during different stages in its lifecycle.
To support Customer Experience and Customer Relations teams in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues of the assigned services, and to implement necessary changes based on customers feedbacks/queries.
To document and maintain technical systems documentations to ensure business continuity.
